Neighbors united to preserve the residential quality of life in the Back Bay.  We oppose the conversion of 29 Commonwealth Avenue into a for profit commercial club (including 356 bar/restaurant seats, rooftop entertainment, a fitness center, and hotel rooms) and the associated nuisances that are detrimental to our neighborhood.
